Quality

Although we carefully select our products and suppliers there is still a possibility that our delivery does not fulfill the requirements of our mutual agreement. You can contact us by telephone or by  complaint form, if you are not satisfied with your delivery. Click here to download our complaint form. You complaint will be treated with special diligence.

Recall

As an importer we are responsible for the quality of our imported products. If our products have to be recalled, we will organize the recall on the basis of current regulations and the law. We will try to make a recall note by phone immediately. The recall requires the following information form.
